UK news coverage of the US president

UK press seem have lost interest in the goings-on of the US President for some reason? I wonder why the interest in the most powerful person in the world (used to justify over four years of daily Trump bashing) has suddenly stopped? Odd that. :cautious:

Anyways, lets not concentrate on the new President and the silly old dude tripping up steps on several occasions, mumbling his words on others, or even that his "trail-blazing" dogs have been kicked out of the White House for attacking people, despite the "oah-arhh" chorus in January. Or the lack of policy and direction in the Middle East, on China , on Russia, that is frustrating others other there.

OK, what about his family, Jnr, Eric, Barron, or in-law Jared's every action which was given headlines and minutes on the UK news for as long as their dad was president?
So ignoring Biden's sprog's dodgy financial dealings (which the UK press has ignored as its nothing to do with anything Trump), what happens when the son of a President actually throws a gun into a public bin? A gun that he should not have had in the first place due to his cocaine habit that got him kicked out of the US Navy (something else the UK press are not interested in)?

Oh its OK I've tracked something down about that, and used the luvvies favourite font of truth to avoid any claims of "that's in the Mail/Telegraph, it don't matter" type whimpers.

And yet without fail, not only did the UK press over-report on a US President's antics, which were mostly irrelevant to the UK and invariably negative reports, now there are no reports on the US President in the UK ..... but there are negative reports in the US.

As some yank relative somewhere would say "Go figure".

Now I would figure its just the fashionable left press expressing political opinion, not news to the woke and asheep.

There was very little reporting of the leader and regimes in China, Saudi, Ukraine, Russia, Columbia, Sudan etc in that time. Nor the incited riots and protests in the UK. Even now Trump has gone, the UK press and luvvies don't seem to have moved on their cause to the next hortible foreign leader. How bizarre.

Boris supporters also incorrectly believe that the main purpose of a national leader is to entertain his electorate.

He gave his first proper press conference last week after SIXTY FOUR days.
The longest a president has taken to do this for 100 years.
He’s facing racism claims from within his own party but you don’t hear anything about it over here.
There have also been several mass shootings which has highlighted the fact that he would put forward changes in gun laws on day one.
Nothing happened.
