So came across this recently, at first I assumed the socket had just been twisted around a few times (as you might to with multiple CPCs if you're naughty)

However, looking at the neutral, this appears to have been wrapped around the other two conductors a couple of times fewer than the others.

Looks like the Line & CPC have 5 twists to the cut, and the Neutral only 3, with one of them being a good loop all the way around.

likely was all twisted together, then as the neutral is a shorter conductor, it was twisted out a couple turns and cut.
