What is an unconscious bias.... Im not actually sure

It is a construct of the looney left so as they can scream racist at anyone who does not agree 100% with them on everything.

its also a term used by a member of the BAME community when they dont get what they want..

for example a bame person gets passed over for promotion by a white person, it couldnt possibly be that they just wasnt good enough, oh no its the unconscious bias...

Did you have a chat with Eddie or just leave as not to make it worse/

At one time me & Eddie were closer than brothers, he was the big brother my real brother failed to live up to.

He knows me better than that. He picked up on the fact that the instant that I saw his reaction the hurt showed in my face also.

I think subconsciously, I was referring the 2 of them as the Lions & the Tigers, NOT to the Chimps & the Gorilla's.
