Under cupboard halogen lights

Hi all

Another silly question! We have got some under cupboard halogen lights in our kitchen and they both suddenly flicked off tonight, They are powered by a 3A fuse (well that's what the old one was!) and the bulbs are 20W 12V.

Have tried changing the bulbs and tried chaning the fuse but no luck What else could this be?

Only been in 3 months, how would I check if it was the transformer?

Check the output to the lamps with a multimeter.

And check the input to the transformer with a multimeter

And I sincerely hope the new fuse is 3 amps too.

Yes it is a 3A fuse

Going to check the transformer later thanks guys
