Unventilated cold roof - add tile vents

We have planned an unventilated pitched root which at the top will join to a flat warm roof.

For the unventilated pitched roof (as in the detail attached), would it be a good idea to add in some tile vents just to make sure there is a bit of extra air flow in there?
