Strange, that boilers 4 years old
the "inspector" of the instalation probably had the "original" condenser fitted at his own home and his boys put in this hotchpotch of an boiler that they had lying around no doubt
i see this kind of sh@t workmanship from the contractor's all the time,
yet the "inspector's" seem to pass the instaal's, for their boys easilly
oh and it all helps the cause of reducing waste and promoting efficiency,
