We have a flat roof approx 10ft x 14ft needing replacing and we have had different quotes in some using OSB others Marine ply. What are the for's and against on each? Also how much of a price difference should I expect?

osb is adequate, marine ply is overkill. wbp is most suitable.
Make sure you don't get quoted for marine and stuffed with normal WBP which about a third the price, and as stated, perfectly suitable.
It will take 5 sheets of 8x4.
OSB, about £100 max, ply about 20% more, depending on where they source materials from.
