Hi,

I'm looking to put a sink in a Utility room. The room isn't huge, but big enough for a washer, dryer, and a sink.

I'm looking for something cheap/temporary for the time being while I work out a nicer more fitted solution with cupboards etc.. I would like a deep sink in a self-contained unit/stand as I may have to move it a few times while I do some renovation work.

This is the kind of think I'm looking for(I think this is from the US) but I can't seem to find anything like it here.

Does anyone have any tips on where they might sell something like this(at a reasonable price!) - or a better alternative for a Utility room?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Thanks for the tip. I have tried also looking for a unit that might be suitable for a utility room - like a stand alone unit for a deep Butler sink but all I can really find is smaller ones designed for a bathroom which aren't big enough to be of use in a utility room.

For a temporary option, try searching for a freestanding stainless-steel catering or utility sink, as these are usually deep and fairly easy to move. When you’re ready for a fitted version, a standard base unit with a deep sink would look much neater. MonoLux Worktops has produced a similar deep stone sink for another project, so it may be worth messaging them for advice and a quote.

You can buy something very similar on Amazon

The reviews all seem to be American though.

You are still going to need to the run the supplies and waste though.
