Vaillant advanced protection filter

Hi, Im looking to buy a property with a Vaillant boiler fitted. I understand that the Vaillant advanced protection kit filter has an arrow on the body to show the direction of water in the return pipe. If it's fitted with the arrow pointing the other way round, I.e. against the flow, does that seriously affect it's performance and impact the warranty? Thanks.

FFS! I said ask Vaillant because only "they" know what voids their warranty!

And whether or not a visiting engineer from them would even spot it!

It would also be useful as you can ask them if it's even been registered for warranty lol.
