vaillant ecomax 824 boiler how do i set the water and radiat

I have lost my instructions so could someone tell me how to adjust the temp of the hot water and radwater temp

if memoey serves , there are 2 side by side buttons just below the temp display the one on the left decreases set temperature and the one on the right increases

My boiler has a plus and negative buttons and below is a radiator button and tap hot water button
From what I could remember is that I press the rad button for instance and hold it till the level setting flashes its existing setting and then you can increase or decrease the setting using the plus and minus buttons but i dont seem to get the setting to increase nor decrease
