vaillant or worcester boiler

This site seems more geared towards saving energy as opposed to comfort levels , the advice given regards HW/CH requirements is just foolish , without knowing the occupancy of dwelling how can the figures quoted here be relied upon? , family of five/six all using the shower/bath @ peak times will require a fast hot water recovery rate (20/30min) , or is it suggested each occupant wait 90/120min before using bath/shower?

Allowance of 2kw for hot water along with hot water priority will make for a very cold house come bath time....................lets get with the real world & stop posting this nonsense.

spot on

Does that mean that you would therefore fit a 20 kW boiler just to reheat the cylinder for 20 min once a day?

Ignoring the energy efficiency advice you should have learnt on your course that you allow 2 kW for water heating!

Depends on individual requirements.

BS , next they will be suggesting 1kw , would you jump off a tall building if they asked you too?
