Vaillant Turbomax Boiler no hot water

Hi I was wondering if you could help me please? I have the Vaillant TurboMax vuw 242 boiler. This evening it has stopped igniting to HW or CH request though no warning lights come on. The fan operation indicator comes on appropriately, but none of the ignition/flame/burner lights come on at all. I have been unable to see the pilot light inside either. I have tried switching the switch to the flame to reset it but no benefit.

Any tips on what I could do to fix it would be amazing! Thank you!

Do any of the led lights flash? Is that indicator led yellow?

No none of the red lights come on at all
