Not just that, people that remove a breaker/board and they go in the van for spares - fine. But then they kick around loose on a shelf for months/years till they're needed. Then by the time they go into a board, they look like absolute garbage. I wouldn't be happy with that if someone tried that one me. Hard to source or not.
