Vauxhall astra wheel bearing

I need a wheel bearing replacing on my vauxhall astra 1.9 cdti sri estate. Found online for £43 which I think is quite reasonable but various sizes on the thread size m22 or m24 How do I know which 1 to order. Thanks

Got to be the thread on the driveshaft......pop the wheel off and remove the driveshaft nut for measuring? Bit of a chore, I know......release the driveshaft nut with the wheel on the deck.

If it is the driveshaft end thread, perhaps a 22mm / 24mm open ender to see which slides over the thread diameter?

Yep, if there's enough visible thread.....not always the case with locking caps fitted or whatever.

Could it be that the thread may be different but maybe the splines are all the same?

I’m presuming it is a front bearing.....jumping to conclusions once again!
Maybe a cross refence from Autovaux or whatever would help, a reg number is usually pretty foolproof.
