Vauxhall Vivaro 03 Plate

Hi Guys

Wonder if anyone has come across this one ,my Vivaro 03 plate ,is normally as good as gold ,had an air lock in the water about a month ago ,sorted that .
Now She kind of decides when she wants to and not wants to start .
Central locking works no problem ,usually when unlock first time ,the stop light and emobiliser light stay on ,turns over but wont start !
Then 8 out of 10 times press key fob to lock and unlock second time key in ignition all lights go out and she will start ,you can do 1000 miles no problem .
The other 2 times out of 10 the stop and imobiliser light will not go out for love nor money and then sometimes the stop light goes out only still leaving imob light on ,after this then a few times lock unlock and she is mobile again

Can anyone shed any light on the problem

sounds like an immobiliser not releasing, quite a common fault on them.
Do you have a spare key you could try?

Unfortunately it only had the one key when i bought it ,just looking for ideas on how to sort it as fast and cheap as possible really ,i no its the immobiliser

may be worth trying to find a mobile vehicle locksmith that can advise on key reprogramming etc.
