Hi i wonder if anyone can help, now and agen it sounds like the van is full of water under the drivers side foot well when you break, is that water? and again some times when it rains the seat belts are dripping wet any sugestions

sounds like its getting wet to me must be water getting in somewhere

Are you sure its not in the door?

no its deinately not in the door, its underneath ive tryed drilling some holes and no water has shown. but dont know how its getting onto the seatbelt.

Its maybe the sill thats letting the water in (although there should be drain holes).
The seat belt lower mounting is fixed to a strengthened section of the sill.
