I'm building a lean to roof and I need to provide 5mm continuous air-flow (in line with building regs) but I'm struggling to find something suitable at a reasonable price.
The flash vents are expensive (such as: http://www.roofinglines.co.uk/product/?s=manthorpe-flash-vent-235mm-x-3m) and am wondering if I could just use breathable felt (example product below) along with continuous fascia ventilation (example product below)
