Any tips on the easiest way of doing this? The en-suite will be in the centre of the house with no immediate access to outside wall. It is close to a boxed in fireplace / chimney breast though.

out though the roof with a custom vent tile, my shower room is like this and the vent can deal with any amount of steam

Thanks folks.

Can't take it through the roof though, it's a ground floor apartment of a 3 storey old terrace. Sounds like I'll have to have something along the top of the bedroom wall going out to the external wall.

which way do the ceiling joists go ? If they are front-to-back you may be able to run it above the ceiling ?

Mind you not sure where you stand legally re. that as it would be below the floor of the upstairs flat ?
