The in and out pipe looks like it's on it's last legs
I was pleasantly surprised when I lifted the lid because its normally under water.

DIA looks a bit of a state but yeah looks like a medium pressure set up but like the ones that used to supply small factory units.
Just to update;
Called SGN out. They were here within the hour. Turns out there was a leak where one of the unions had corroded. Replaced and tested, all good now.
