Problem:
Bathroom, no outside walls. Xpelair fitted that vents into the loft causing damp.

Solution:

:?: :?: :?:

Cheers.

Duct the fan to outside. Either through a gable wall, replace a tile/slate with a ventilator or turn it back down through a soffit board.

Venting duct to a grill in the soffit! but depends on access. Whatever you end up doing don’t continue using the fan with the current arrangement.

Just a thought... In the short term, an idea could be to leave the door open when the bathroom's going to get steamy and have other windows nearby open, but I'm not sure if this would have an impact on the dampness of inside areas instead...? And obviously the practicalities may not suitable for all...
