I need to sort out an external wall that suffered from a good soaking (leak from bathroom above soaked wall and ceiling).
I pulled down the ceiling and broke all the render off the wall. Its not the best bit of brickwork I've ever seen and the wall is very uneven.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to the best way of covering it up.
I'm thinking stabilise the wall then expamet it and render (sand & cement) over the top, with a final skim of plaster.
Does that sound about right?
Thanks!
