It's a silly concept whereby plebs state their intent only to be told NO and how stupid they are by parliamentary intellect.

I believe it's a way of taking back our sovereignty, controlling unchecked immigration, making our own laws, regaining our fishing territory and not sending vast amounts of British taxpayers money to unelected, undemocratic, autocratic people who then spend our money on French farmers and brand new roads in Portugal that aren't ever used.
If such a thing ever came about, I can't see our masters in Brussels and the ruling elites ever actually letting us carry it out. Such talk is pure folly.
