The clear pipe behind the hose outlet is streaming, I hadn't even noticed a hole there until water is running out of it, with far more pressure than the shower head. I am hoping somebody can help diagnose the problem so we can confidently fix it ourselves. We have taken the head and hose off to make sure they weren't blocked. Thank you, we have no money to replace it!

Sounds like the pressure relief device has blown.
"A Pressure Relief Device (PRD) is a safety feature installed in Electric Showers. If heated water fails to escape through the shower head (due to a blockage such as a kinked hose or blocked shower head), the PRD will blow, thereby allowing the water to escape through an outlet pipe"

Thank you, which part is that? The white pipe in the front there, that the hose attached to?

Yes, it's coming from the clear one, it is just like clear straw, I have taken it out and it's not blocked it's not really connected to anything just easily comes in and out

Seems likely @Alec_t is correct, but I look at "Vintage Power Shower Ivory Triton 9.5w" and question are you sure, it looks like an instant electric shower of 9.5 kW not a power shower of 9.5 watt to me? Power showers have a motor in them, and have cold and hot water feeds, and since not on mains pressure, likely no pressure relief valve.

Ok, I have absolutely no idea, I just wrote power shower because I thought they all were, thank you! So do you think it's that white pipe at the front that is the PRD? I don't understand where it's located otherwise, thanks again

No, it's the clear one, very few parts available unfortunately, mostly obsolete.
