The clear pipe behind the hose outlet is streaming, I hadn't even noticed a hole there until water is running out of it, with far more pressure than the shower head. I am hoping somebody can help diagnose the problem so we can confidently fix it ourselves. We have taken the head and hose off to make sure they weren't blocked. Thank you, we have no money to replace it!

Sounds like the pressure relief device has blown.
"A Pressure Relief Device (PRD) is a safety feature installed in Electric Showers. If heated water fails to escape through the shower head (due to a blockage such as a kinked hose or blocked shower head), the PRD will blow, thereby allowing the water to escape through an outlet pipe"

Thank you, which part is that? The white pipe in the front there, that the hose attached to?

Yes, it's coming from the clear one, it is just like clear straw, I have taken it out and it's not blocked it's not really connected to anything just easily comes in and out

Seems likely @Alec_t is correct, but I look at "Vintage Power Shower Ivory Triton 9.5w" and question are you sure, it looks like an instant electric shower of 9.5 kW not a power shower of 9.5 watt to me? Power showers have a motor in them, and have cold and hot water feeds, and since not on mains pressure, likely no pressure relief valve.

Ok, I have absolutely no idea, I just wrote power shower because I thought they all were, thank you! So do you think it's that white pipe at the front that is the PRD? I don't understand where it's located otherwise, thanks again

No, it's the clear one, very few parts available unfortunately, mostly obsolete.

See this video where I think your the issue is.
The 'pressure relief valve' in question is at 10mins into this video.

The suggestion is that back pressure (calcium in showerhead) has caused pressure to get too high, and the pressure relief valve has activated.
The pressure relief valve is now sending water down the clear pipe, rather than to the shower head.
It is a very important safety device.
And cannot be re-set.

Look out for it at 10mins.

I have found a replacement pressure relief valve.

I did a google search for
"triton t100e shower pressure release valve" << Not your shower, but the part in the YouTube video look similar to the part in your image.
and found these two:

And then did a google seach for
"triton Ivory shower pressure release valve"

And this might be your triton_ivory (there are actually at least 4 versions of the Ivory shower), and the spare part you need (part 6):

I have taken it out and it's not blocked
When the PRD is in normal use it should be blocked. The blocking part gets blown out when a safe pressure is exceeded. Presumably the blocking part (ball, disk, whatever) was located in the tube attachment at the base of the tank.
[Edit] In your shower the PRD is likely to be the same as the one shown in that post #9 vid at 10 mins, so could be removed simply by undoing two screws. Getting the correct spare could be a problem in view of the shower's age (20+ years?).
