Visible tape joints after painting plasterboard

My plumber has contacted the plasterer and shown him the photos. He's apologised and agreed to do a full reskim. In regards to the £120.00 I've lost on paint who is responsible for this? I've told my plumber I'm not happy having to pay that again to which he's said he will need to pay it but it's not his fault at the end of the day... thoughts?

I'd suck it up tbh; it should have been noticed that the wall was a motocross course well before it was completely painted.

Just fix that bad section and repaint it if you want to salvage the outlay on most of the wall paint
