My 4 year old Suzuki vitara has done 60.000 miles. It is as reliable as you could want but has a really annoying habbit. When driving on a straight road if I let go of the steering wheel it begins to move to the right. I have had the tracking checked twice in the last week but it is still doing it. I have to say that I am a big lad but I have had the car nearly 2 years and it is only been doing this for a couple of months. Any ideas please. Michael

Have a look for a busted spring, will you Michael? Something is causing your steering geometry to be out a bit so you are looking at a suspension problem - i.e spring or lower wishbone bushes are the usual. Assuming that you can trust the people who are doing the tracking, of course....! Cheers John :)
