Vokera 20-80 RS Flowmatic Pilot Seal or Grommet 4039

Can anyone assit in trying to locate or salvage one of these or suggest alternatives.

Scottish Gas were recently out and conveniently this has now got a rip in it resulting in the boiler being de-commissioned and stated by them as unsafe. Part is advised as obsolete and therefore they advise a new boiler.

Check out this part on Excel. Same thing. Wonder why it is ripped. Often a case of hamfisted repair when replacing thermocouple that rarely fails (it does but very rare)

Almost certain have the part.

My elderly neighbours either need this part, or their Vokera Excell 80 SP repaired by renewing this seal. Can you please advise as to how this part can be obtained or repaired. DP I didn't fully understand if you have the 4039 part or if part 8308 for the Excell 80E/96E can be used as a replacement? Please advise as they can ill afford a new boiler.
