Vokera syntesi 29 combi-boiler gives different error codes. eg 01, 06, D1, ?
My boiler stop working giving error code like D2, D4, D1, 01, 06.Loose pressure lot. If I switch of from mains for awhile it works for a while then gives Code D4. If I switch off & on straight away from boiler it start working but if I leave it for longer it turns to code D2. Then I have to switch it off from the mains. Please help to find fault. There is rust in radiators. Please help me. Thanks.

01
Gas supply problem
Gas line requires purging
Reversed polarity
Broken, internal flue joint

Fault code 06 appears if a problem exists with the secondary
(DHW) thermistor.
Check thermistor
Check wiring continuity

Fault code d1 appears if the condense trap/pipe has become
blocked.
Ensure the condense trap is clear
Ensure the condense pipe is clear

Fault code d2 appears if a problem exists with the condense
sensor.
Check wiring continuity
Check condense sensor

D4 fault not listed
are you sure its not 04
Fault code 04 appears if the pressure in the boiler is low.
Check water pressure
Check water pressure switch
Check water pressure gauge

to summarise

if you can find & fix source of leak/pressure loss
that should cure tho 04 fault

D1 & D2 relate to CONDENSATE TRAP/PIPE
probably blocked
needs clearing out
really a job for a professional
mainly because of the tricky spring clips which require removing & refitting

question
do you have a room thermostat fitted or do you just control CH temperature on boiler CH thermostat?
im guessing you dont have a room stat & tend to turn the boiler CH stat low which would cause boiler to go into condensing mode & eventually lead to condensate trap getting blocked
not really a problem if you get your boiler serviced properly once a year
but again im guessing you dont or the person doing the servicing doesnt get his hands dirty

all your boiler faults sound preventable IF the boiler had been serviced properly
