Correct, sorry typo error not 1600 is 1500 (must have been thinking of the 600/900 to earth as well

Why? Just because a 50V supply is capable of delivering huge currents it doesn't mean that it will if you put yourself in the circuit.

Absolutely.

There again if a theoretical 10kV supply is only capable deliver 1 micro amp max it would not be dangerous.

Current is the scary thing - drop a spanner across those busbars and you would certainly know it :eek:

I am aware of ohms law BAS ;)
 
I would think dropping a spanner across 1 cell would be bad enough (approx 2.2v).
