Hi I am about to install a couple of wall lights and was wondering if there was a better way of teminating the connection than simply running the cable into the back of the light fitting as space seems to be at a premium. I believe it was once normal practice (back in the '60's) to simply terminate the cable at the back of the wall light possibly with the use of a recess in the brickwork but now?
