Hi
I was looking to paint my living room and when I looked in one corner of the room behind furniture I noticed loose wallpaper. It came away in one big piece. I'm looking for a quick fix that would work for couple years or so until I get round to doing the whole room. The house is 17th century old stone cottage so I don't want to use anything that will cause future problems. Would I be able to just use wallpaper paste to stick this piece back down for now and then deal with the seam before painting?
Thanks

That will be lime plaster so you will need paint suitable for lime.
You don't want any vinyl paint or any paper that will trap moisture
