Wallstar oil boiler

My daughter has a problem wherby she has to reset a button on the vent fan adjacent to the boiler, in order for it to fire up. This is an intermittent problem and seems to be linked to windy conditions. The boiler is in an outhouse, and the fan face west. Any clues plese?

You can get a flue extension, that may work. Ring Wallstar up, explain your problem ........they will say its about as likely as England winning a world cup.

You really need to eliminate all other possibilities first . Call someone out .
