Unarmed women and children asleep in thier beds, and handcuffed POWs are not trying to kill you.
Injured POWs receiving treatment are not trying to kill you.

You and others fail to have understood the accusations.
There was a general routine of killing unarmed civilians and unarmed POWs.
These were not actions carried out in the heat of battle. This was cold bloody murder after subduing the occupants of a building.
It was wanton and unnecessary violence.
