Wargaming Terrain

Hi all

Firstly, I apologise if this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move it if necessary.

I'm looking to make a river for my wargaming table. I intend to use cork floor tiles for the river bed, and the idea is to use caulk for the edges of the river, to give it a sense of depth.

Will caulk stick to cork ok?

All you need to do is buy some clear varnish , do a layer at a time leave it to dry and there is your river did it on my model railway it works well
