Managed to seal the waste successfully and back to normality. Prior to doing the job however a neigh came up with a company which charged reasonable rates and no attendance fee. I dialled the number, gave my postcode, said what the job was and estimated cost came up immediately. At £102 per half hour with no attendance fee, I was sorely tempted but managed to resist!
