Waterbased wood paints

Hello. For years I've used Dulux trade solvent based paints, but have been considering going over to water based as it appears very popular now.

A question I have is, currently I've recently primed the woodwork in my living room in solvent based primer, could I finish the job in water based paint or do you think there would be issues?
