WC pan spigot

Hi all,

Having trouble with stopping a leak from my wall hung WC. I think it’s because the spigot on the pan isn’t a true circle. Does this look passable or something the leak would be coming from?

Could be the spigot ,what's the seal on the pan connector like ?
 
It’s pretty though. It’s from grhoe.
The only thing which seems a bit flimsy is the seal on the connection on the 90mm waste pipe where the pan connector goes into

Doesn't make much sense !
The spigot fits into a pan connector,and it's seal is what we need to see if we are to be able to offer more useful advice.
