I'm told that for some reason of his own, mottie thinks it's a good idea to repeat a false story he made up.

What it has to do with renewable electricity generation is not clear.

It is a sad reflection on his character that not only does he invent stories in attempt to denigrate others, he is so obsessive that he repeats them again and again, year after year.

Perhaps he carries a burning resentment.
