What about his human rights ?

I know this in a "situation" I'd rather have the yob stood next to me than Joe 90 or Imamartian. Imamartian would have been complaing that "Bawbag" is a racist term ! and Joe90 pirouetteing about singing "Yob yob but he's not a racist ! "

I'm waiting to hear what you would say if the thug attacking the lad had killed a child. Would he be a hero? Well would he? I'm asking YOU!!!

No - but only luck prevented that. Now tell me what would have happened if it had.

shouda coulda wouda what the hell and what if the little scroat had punched the old guard and blinded him with his glasses.

The yob helped the guard cant you see that ?

Too little direct action against idiots in this country thats the problem

The lad didn't attack the guard. The thug attacked the lad even though it was none of his business. The thug will be arrested and possibly jailed.

So if I fire a gun in public and hit no-one then I've committed no crime? FFS

Joe

You're coming at this from a ridiculous and hysterical angle. No child was in the way. No child was in danger. No child was remotely hurt.

What if the stress of the confrontation, and the belligerent foul-mouthed atitude of the fare dodger (sorry, victim  ) had caused the guard to have a coronary?

What if..........

What if.............

What if.........

What if.......

What if......

Yes Joe, this is how ridiculous your argument sounds.

What if we all did nothing in any situation?

The yob was wrestling the lad in a crowded train and could have killed a child. Just like firing a gun in public - only good fortune saved an incident. Therefore what he did was wrong. Geddit yet?
You cite one scenario and yet see to lack the imagination to consider a whole load more possible outcomes, many of which could have been far more catastrophic to human life. Geddit yet?

There were children on the train. One of them may have moved into the isle to see what was going on. That child could have been killed. What if it were your grandchild?
