We’ve got the kids and grandkids coming over on Christmas Day for dinner, then all over to our sons for Boxing Day. A wedding to attend on the 30th (Brother in Law. Again!). Toying with taking Mrs Mottie on a surprise break somewhere warm in January but she doesn’t like surprises like that - she needs at least 6 months notice for even an overnight stay!,

Usual Christmas meal this evening (presently banned from the kitchen :) ), and then nothing but a nice walk on the 25th.
Some of the family in other countries, so have done the multi airport ordeal already...
New Year not complete without a few fireworks!

So good wishes to all at this time. Even you mottie.
After all if a game of football was played in the middle of a world war then a truce here is only fair.
Have a good one(y)

Church at 5pm.
Fish based dinner around 6.30pm as per our cultural tradition.
Lobsters, king prawns and mussels tomato sauce already done, home made pasta to go with it, potatoes and octopus baked and a dozen other dishes.
Party from about 11pm until dawn.
Repeat tomorrow.
Boxing day we take it easy with food and drinks...(I always say this...)
