Spoke to the Doc. He says it’s basically inflammation and has prescribed a course of Naproxen tablets plus sent me a link for some knee exercises. We'll see how that pans out.
Was thinking of making a start of decorating our back bedroom. Ceiling needs plastering plus mrs Mottie wants it papering and new carpets. Phone up my builder mate who I haven’t seen since I did my loft hatch last year, said "Happy new year, I need my bedroom ceiling plastering". He laughed and said I must be psychic as he thinking of me that very moment - he was driving his van and the service light had just come on! We arranged a date for him to plaster my ceiling while I service his van.
Weather was quite good this afternoon so I went over the allotment, weeded and dug over 4 beds and one flower border. I’m feeling it now and I’ll probably feel it more later on!
