Been on the phone this morning to OVO. Switched from them a while ago, I was over £400 in credit with them. Just before I left, I was going to request a refund but noticed that it said that if you were leaving them, no need to ask for refund as it will be automatically be paid back to you within 10 days of leaving. It’s been longer than 10 days so I phoned up and asked where it is, only to be told that it takes 4-6 weeks to close an account and it's 10 days from then! A complaint has gone in.
Had my appointment with urology to discuss the results of my flow test and recent prostate MRI as I’m on a watch and wait programme. Last MRI was in 2022. Flow test fine, MRI no change from 2022. In and out in a minute with a considerable feeling of relief. Phew!
