What have you been doing today?

Waved our daughter and her bloody cats goodbye today. She's gone home, new bathroom in her house is finally finished. Glad to see the back of her! Coming round here complaining that I walk from our bedroom to the bathroom naked, complaining that we have our dinner too early, complaining that I take a pïss with the door open, complaining that I’m in the shower when I should know she's coming home from her nightly run (in training for the marathon), complaining about …….. just about everything. I’ve got a lot more respect for her husband now, just for putting up with her! :ROFLMAO: Anyway, Mrs Mottie has spent all afternoon cleaning the place and I’ve had to go up in the loft to get all the ornaments, houseplants and Knick knacks back out as we had to completely clear all the shelves as the cats were knocking things off left right and centre - no respect for our property! Mrs Mottie was particularly upset when one of them knocked off and broke a China biscuit barrel and again when they knocked off and smashed a photo frame. They’ve scratched all the sofa's and pulled up some carpet on the landing outside the bedrooms when they wanted to get in. We've had cats before but they were nowhere as bad as these two bastards. Glad to see the back of them.

we have family coming for xmas, I'm tempted to go and stay in a tent by myself, it would be more fun. Leave them all to play happy families
 
Girls under 13s football ⚽️.

All kicked off from the pitch and onto the parents. Nuts and sad.

Game got abandoned at 3-3

It was a good game. I was Linesman. .

But our parents went a bit mad when we equalised 3-3.
One of their 13 year old girls lost it.
Started having a go at our parents for excessive cheering.

Then their parents got involved.

Game restarted. I gave offside for what could have been a winner. All went off again. I got threatened, our parents took exception and kicked off again.

It was nuts.

It was funny but so wrong. We had girls laughing we had girls crying.

It was an away game in Uxbridge
They wanted us to leave the premises for the girls to finish the last 7 or so minutes. We refused to leave our girls or play on.

I don’t think that’s anything new. A mate of mine used to referee kids football matches and he said he was always getting grief from parents from both sides so he gave it up in the end. That was about 15 years ago.

We had a woman ref who didn't have a bad game.
A few decisions didn't go our way but thats football. But she dealt with the parents well.
It really could have got nasty.

Will be interesting to see how her report goes as she says she wasn't their ref but was from that side of the country.
The should be paid more.
