What have you been doing today?

We came away on our Cotswold break with the beginnings of a sore throat. That’s turned into a hacking cough - my ribs are killing me through coughing.
Looking after Mrs Mottie. We got home on Friday, thought we were over the worse of it but she took a turn for the worse at about 4.00 this morning and is aching like a b'stard, even been a bit sick with the pain. She's still in bed now at 4.00 in the afternoon and I’ve never known her to be so ill. She’s eaten two biscuits and a cracker and since our break, she’s now on her eight paracetamol - not much for some people but that’s more than she takes in a year. If she needs pain relief, she will usually take half of one! Getting worried about her now, if she’s no better in the morning, I might try to get the doctor out.

Hopefully she will be fine, covid is not nice

I most certainly havent got past 200 myself but then look at me now after 160. I would now need strapping down on it

I used to go a bit mad. Pushing myself to extremes. A very long time ago, though.

They say 220 minus your age is the maximum.

But you shouldn't really go above 85% of maximum.
