I rang our Local B&Q Tradepoint Counter for a specific item advertised in the Catalogue which they have to order, I was told they cannot order it and would have to contact the main Head Office number given in the Catalogue Which I did, I was then again told I was unable to order it ( Not Available)
I decided about 3PM yesterday afternoon to try the on line Web address to order it, the order went through and was delivered by Courier by 10 AM this morning.
I fail to see the logic behind this ordering system !!
