What is the name of thelight fittinghoder to hold this up

Is it a shade connector type thing. Nobody can tell me the name of the thing i need to buy. Anyone know what it is.its the thing that goes around the top of the bulb which lets the shade hang over it!? its like a hook thing which loops throught the 3 holes. what size u reckon id need too its just a regular circular shade
