What is this called please?

Hi

I must be having some kind of mental block but can’t find where to buy these or even the correct name for the kind of spring it is. Can anyone identify and where I can get them? It is a spring for a bin lid which has snapped. Searching springs just find the normal kind some I’m guessing it has a special name.

Thanks searching torsion spring has brought up a wide selection so just need to select right size now.

I have a click open bin and there are 2 of these in the hinge part to make it pop open.

Make one your self..you can buy the spring steel wire on ebay fairly cheap.
