On YouTube watching one of the series finales of the Big Bang Theory where Sheldon Cooper is getting an award and he puts aside his self centred script and instead thanks all his friends.
Then there was a video of a husky that's been bought back from skin n bones to be a healthy dog.
I suspect I'll tear up tomorrow when I make burgers, it's the onions that do it.

You can hold them under cold water and cut them into half or quarters

The first cut punctures the pressurised cells which release a mist spray of juices.

Once you have cut them, you can take them out of the water for chopping.

If you do not use the ends as handles, you can cut those off underwater.

There was an article and picture in the independent (I) a while back about a cat that lived near a church yard that passed away

It had attended over 150 funerals in its 15 years of life

Every time there was a burial the cat would attend and walk in front of the coffin procession to the grave
It would than sit by the grave after every one had gone for a couple of hours

Relatives of the deceased would be asked if they minded the cat ? Acting in this way ???
