Hi Guys,
been asked whats the best roof coating for an ageing marley type tile roof and indeed what wisdom there is in coating a roof with water reppelant coatings.
The build was sometime in the 70's and houses in the same estate are having their roofs replaced but the owner has had a few folk in who suggest the roof is still good.
hes asked me to find out if there would be any benefit to coating the tiles to delay the expense of replacing tiles with new.
any ideas as to efficacy of these coatings and which would be best if its a goer.

cheers simon
