what sealer ?

hi, i have had to have a new petrol tank fitted,
my friend fitted it where he works in a time slot that came up unexpected so i had no time to prepare it etc
but i have since been able to spray most of it with the spray on underseal ,but as the cans dont have extensions tubes to fit on them [ like wd 40 cans etc ] i cant get any onto the top of the tank
can anyone give me a pointer as what to get ?there is maybe an inch gap to spray into. regards.r.r.

I wouldn't bother, if it's a new tank, it'll probably last as long as you have the car. It might even outlast the rest of the car.

Waxoyl do a kit that comprises of a pressure pump and lance that screws direct onto a round can of their product....when you pump it up you can direct the Waxoyl where you want it to go. I'm not a particular fan of Hammerite products, but its probably as good as it gets. John

done it today job finished ,me happy.
